A small experiment in feeling better

A little less tired.

Enough energy to comfortably continue your day.

Not connected

Two things to try. One thing that matters.

Eat a substantial breakfast before the usual crash. Try earlier sleep on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. Track whether the following day feels manageable.

Aim for lights out around 11 pm on those nights when sleepy; allow a realistic wind-down after gigs. Compare patterns, rather than chasing a perfect score.

Entries save to your private GitHub repository, not this browser. Connect once per page session; your token stays in memory and is forgotten when you reload or disconnect.

Create a fine-grained token with access to only this repository and Contents: read and write. Never paste the token into Claude, a chat or a repo file.

Your day

Last night's sleep

Sleep belongs to this wake date, even if it began the previous evening. The time window includes any awake time; enter WHOOP's actual sleep separately.

Morning food & the crash

Leave unanswered fields blank. Zero means you observed none, not that you haven't checked yet.

Medication, substances & other context — optional

These are records, not dose recommendations. Keep to your prescriber's agreed schedule. Overnight substance entries refer to the night before this date.

You can save a partial day and update it in the evening. Loading another date replaces the form; save your edits first.
